An early 20th century Siebe Gorman submarine standard diver's flood light.

Bronze with dome cover with swivel loop suspension eye, and power inlet, with a cylindrical clear glass well and six bar bolt fixings.

Maker's plaque to dome cover: SIEBE GORMAN & Co Ltd SUBMARINE ENGINEERS LONDON (PATENT)

Siebe Gorman & Company Ltd was a British company that developed diving equipment and breathing equipment and worked on commercial diving and marine salvage projects. The company advertised itself as 'Submarine Engineers'. It was founded by Augustus Siebe in 1819.
