A scale model of the WWII Royal Navy Assurance class Admiralty tug HMS 'Adept' (W107).
 
The model of HMS Adept is fully rigged with aerial masts over bridge with binnacle, forward guns and rear Bofors gun midships, davits with lifeboats, in WWII grey livery with black hull below waterline, mounted on brass pillars in a Perspex glazed case.
 
HMS Adept was built by Cochrane & Sons Shipbuilders Ltd. of Selby, England. Launched on the 25th August 1941. Adept was wrecked in the Hebrides on 17th March 1942.
